We are pleased to announce that together with CPL Concordia, a multi-service cooperative group active in traditional and renewable energy, we are implementing the SerraHydrogenValle Project.
The decarbonisation of transport is one of the main goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With this in mind, we have chosen to collaborate with the cooperative group in order to realise the five hydrogen refuelling stations planned along the Serravalle-Milan motorway network.
In particular, this collaboration is part of the broader context of the SerraHydrogenValle project, promoted by Milano Serravalle-Milano Tangenziali Spa with funds expected to arrive from the European Commission, which aims to develop Italy’s first motorway network for hydrogen refuelling.

What the collaboration between CPL Concordia and Simplifhy involves
The collaboration between CPL Concordia and Simplifhy involves the design, production and maintenance of hydrogen fuelling stations for all types of vehicles.
In particular, together with the cooperative, some of the technological solutions proposed in the tender were identified. Simplifhy is currently acting as technical advisor in the implementation phase.
The objective of the project is to activate a coordinated network of hydrogen refuelling points within the Italian territory and will be located in the following locations:
- Rho West
- Carugate East
- Carugate West
- Tortona East
- Tortona West
The purpose of the partnership is to design and supply refuelling stations capable of satisfying different recharging needs.
In particular, the 5 refuelling stations include:
- 700 bar recharging for light vehicles
- 350 bar recharging for both heavy and light vehicles
- 350 bar high-flow recharging for heavy vehicles (especially goods vehicles and buses).
