Hydrogen Expo 2023 is the first Italian exhibition and conference dedicated to the development of the hydrogen supply chain.
The event will be held in Piacenza from 17 to 19 May 2023 in the Piacenza Expo spaces.
The appointment is an opportunity for all players in the market to compare and share their views on the future prospects of the sector.
In fact, the three days are packed with conventions, technical seminars and workshops that give hydrogen maximum visibility both nationally and internationally.

Useful information about Hydrogen Expo 2023
Here is some useful information to know to optimise your visit to Hydrogen Expo 2023.
The Piacenza Expo exhibition centre is located near the Piacenza Sud motorway exit, a real strategic meeting point that can be easily reached from all over northern Italy.
There are several solutions for reaching the venue:
- by car, taking the Piacenza Sud motorway exit on the A1 (Milan-Bologna) and A21 (Turin-Brescia) motorways
- by train, reaching the Piacenza railway station, about 5 km from the exhibition centre
- bus, choosing a SETA Line 19 bus
As far as timetables are concerned, it is possible to enter:
- from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Wednesday 17 May and Thursday 18 May
- from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday 19 May
Moreover, from this year, to facilitate the visit of participants and exhibitors, the fair is organised in the main pavilion of Piacenza Expo.
Lastly, a new feature of the second edition is the presentation of the IHTA (Italian Hydrogen Technology Awards 2023), an acknowledgement to companies and entrepreneurs who have distinguished themselves for their activities in the field of hydrogen.

The Hydrogen Expo 2023 exhibition and conference is subdivided into different product sectors that allow for a more precise and defined view across the entire exhibition area:

Simplifhy at Hydrogen Expo 2023
As anticipated, during the three-day event, we at Simplifhy are guests at the stand of WITT Italia Hall 1 – Stand C115/D124.
Specifically, WITT Italia is the Italian subsidiary of the WITT-Gasetechnik GmbH Group. For more than 75 years, the Group has been manufacturing and distributing proportional gas mixers, safety and regulation devices for the industrial sector.
During the three-day exhibition we will present our proposals for the production, storage, transport and use of hydrogen, one of the main themes of Hydrogen Expo 2023.
