Simplifhy has obtained the certifications UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 and UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 for the Quality and Environmental Management System.
ISO certifications are essential to demonstrate objectively and, according to internationally recognized standards, the quality of an enterprise.
Also, allow to demonstrate its improvement orientation both in relation to business processes and in its relationship with customers, suppliers and partners.
Let’s see.
ISO 9001 certification: what is
Internationally, ISO 9001 certification identifies the Quality Management System.
In other words, ISO 9001 is the standard for organizations that want to have a working tool to continuously improve business quality.
The goal is to minimize the possibility of nonconformities occurring at various stages of business processes.
In fact, this tool allows companies to increase their efficiency, cut costs and increase customer loyalty.
The goal is to be able to identify possible interventions for constant improvement. All this is achieved through the definition of clear and shared operational processes and a system of constant performance monitoring.
How?
ISO 9001 encourages companies to understand what goals need to be achieved and how to achieve them by making the best use of resources such as:
- customer orientation
- leadership
- people involvement
- process approach
- improvement
- evidence-based decision-making
- relationship management
