We are pleased to announce that we have activated a collaboration with the ITS GREEN Foundation dedicated to training.
This path allows us to train young students to become Advanced Technicians specialised in the energy and environment sector.
Specifically, it allows us to offer young people:
- to take their first steps on the job market
- acquire fundamental skills in the professional field
- interact with a concrete industrial reality and cutting-edge products
Here is what Sergio Torriani, our CEO, has to say about it:
“We are proud that Simplifhy has been chosen to participate in the ITS GREEN training courses. In this way we can train highly qualified young people in the sustainable energy sector. Furthermore, we can create technicians capable of managing the different stages of the decarbonisation process, through the use of technologies based on the use of green hydrogen as an energy carrier and as an alternative fuel”.
What is the ITS GREEN Foundation
In the previous paragraphs we talked about the ITS GREEN Foundation, but what is it?
The ITS GREEN Foundation is the Higher Technological Institute that develops and offers courses of study focused on three main sectors:
- energy
- environment
- sustainable construction
In particular, these are 2-year post-diploma specialisation courses, alternative to university and recognised by the Ministry of Education.
Through these courses, the ITS GREEN Foundation gives young graduates the opportunity to become Higher Technicians. That is, highly specialised figures, able to go on to occupy strategic roles in the energy and environment sector.
In fact, the aim of ITS GREEN is the technical/technological training of girls and boys who, in this way, begin their transformation from students to young workers.
We asked Marina Perego, Director of ITS GREEN, what she thinks of the collaboration between the Foundation and companies:
“I am very happy when we meet companies and entrepreneurs who, just like Simplifhy is doing, invest their time together with us.
The companies help us design new courses, teach and support our young people in their internships, which play a key role in choosing a job and ultimately finding their way in the world of work”.

Having reached this point, let us take a closer look at what ITS GREEN training courses consist of and what Simplifhy’s contribution is.
ITS GREEN courses are structured according to the ‘learning by doing’ method, which we can translate as ‘learning by doing’.
They provide for the active involvement of the student in learning and combine lectures with concrete projects and direct experience in the field.

And this is where we come in. In this project, in fact, our company takes an active part in the didactic planning, teaching and reception of those enrolled in the sustainable mobility course.
In particular, we have been active on two fronts:
- Training internship
- Topical workshop
The training internship for ITS Green students
One of the important elements of the ‘learning by doing’ method adopted by the ITS GREEN Foundation is the training internship at companies.
For the time being, we have hosted students from the sustainable mobility course for visits to our company workshop. While we will soon also activate the possibility of 900 hours of internship training at our premises.
The Current Affairs Workshop: an opportunity for ITS Green students to get together
Also in collaboration with the ITS GREEN Foundation, we participated in the Actuality Workshop dedicated to energy transition.
During this workshop, the students were able to meet and exchange views with different companies.
On this occasion, our role was to delve into the topic of green hydrogen as an engine for technological and industrial conversion.
At the end of this article, we can say that training is an essential element for all people who want to successfully face the challenges of a competitive and diversified market landscape. Therefore, it is essential to offer young people the right combination of theoretical study and concrete experimentation, and companies play a key role in this respect.
